Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days via the following carriers:


DPD - Dynamic Parcel Distribution

Orders within EU are shipped via DPD courrier mail with tracking option. Transit time is 2 days within Central Europe and up to four days to other locations.

Please note that price does not include any import or customs taxes that your order may be subject to. This will be an additional charge for the customer.


UPS Express Saver - Belgium UPS post service


Orders outside of EU up to 2 kg are shipped by UPS Express Saver mail. Transit time is 3-4 days within Central Europe, and up to 10 working days to other locations.

Parcels going out of EU need to be no more than 300 EUR products value and no more than 2 kg weight. If an order exceeds one of these parameters the order will be split and additional shipping costs are applied accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds can be given for defective products if returned to us within 14 days after order is received, and as long as products have not been opened. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us at

customer-service@vedaroma.com or by phone at +41 (0)22 534 98 60.


Customers may return any part of their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please state the reason for returning the goods.

Inform VEDAROMA of the cancellation with either the "Cancellation Form", (available HERE) or call us at +41 (0)22 534 98 60, or inform via e-mail to customer-service@vedaroma.com.

If you wish to receive a refund or just a credit against another order please fill out the "Return Form" (available HERE) and include this form with the products you return.

Please use the original packaging to prevent any damage. In general, mailing costs are covered by the customer.

Once VEDAROMA have received your goods, they will be checked,and a reimbursement will be sent or a credit note issued.
